Mike Fabishak began with the AGC in September of 1998. He previously served as the CEO of the Metropolitan Builders Association and Senior Executive Aide for a member representative of the United States Congress. Mike participates on numerous boards, notably the Competitive Wisconsin, Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership/BIG STEP, the Milwaukee Workforce Investment Board and Transit NOW.

Dan Burazin been with the AGC for over 16 years, first as a field Safety Specialist and now as the Safety Director. His previous work experience includes 3 years with a local general contractor as their Operations Manager in charge of Personnel, Equipment, and Safety, and 10 years with a Milwaukee-based steel fabricator as their Plant Manager. His education includes several degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Building Construction from MSOE, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, also from MSOE, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Gert works in our Rent A Safety Director program and has been instrumental in ensuring worker safety by performing jobsite safety audits, assisting our members in developing safety plans, implementing safety training programs and assisting our members with OSHA compliance issues for the last 7 years.  He is a certified OSHA 10 and 30 hour and Medic First Aid CPR and First Aid instructor and teaches many of our safety classes as well as our First Aid/CPR classes.  Gert brings a unique perspective to all of our safety programs as he is an active EMT and firefighter with a local fire department.  Gert's unique approach to safety education has been molded by his engineering and business background as well as his extensive experience as an instructor and trainer over the last 20 years.

Prior to working for the AGC, Heather was a Property Manager for a local property management corporation. She earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. At the AGC she handles a variety of duties, including coordination of educational programming, website management, event planning as well as working closely with the Construction Leadership Council.

Kim came to the AGC with over 16 years at Milwaukee Envelope. She has extensive computer knowledge and an ability to quickly learn new skills. She assists both the Membership Services and Education/Training departments.

Cheryl has worked in the plan room for over fourteen years. Her past experience includes over two years as chief estimator for five salespeople in an HVAC company. Her current responsibilities include requesting plans, tracking plans, assisting plan room users and more.

Brian Eigenfeld comes to the AGC with previous experience in drafting, as well as sales. He earned an Associate Degree in Mechanical Design from WCTC in 2000. As a safety manager, Brian's duties include teaching safety courses and doing jobsite inspections and reporting.

Brian Mitchell has been a registered lobbyist for more than two decades. During that time he has represented a wide range of clients, including AGC-GM and other business trade associations, corporations, and non-profits with a primary focus on issues before the Wisconsin Legislature and state agencies.
