I've been with the AGC for over 10 years, first as a field Safety Specialist and now as their Safety Director. My previous work experience includes 3 years with a local general contractor as their Operations Manager in charge of Personnel, Equipment, and Safety, and 10 years with a Milwaukee-based steel fabricator as their Plant Manager. My education includes several degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Building Construction from MSOE, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, also from MSOE, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Brian Eigenfeld
Safety Manager
Brian Eigenfeld comes to the AGC with previous experience in drafting, as well as sales. He earned an Associate Degree in Mechanical Design from WCTC in 2000. As a safety manager, Brian's duties include teaching safety courses and doing jobsite inspections and reporting.

Gert Grohmann
Associate Safety & Training Director
I was born and raised in Milwaukee. I graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering as an industrial engineer in 90. I graduated with an MBA from Cardinal Stritch in 1994. I have worked in heavy industry for over 10 years, most recently as a logistics manager for a company on the south side of Milwaukee. For the last 4 years at that company, I was involved in training and development for both salaried and hourly employees.
