The AGC of Greater Milwaukee engages in a strategic planning process on a semi-annual basis. The strategic plan is developed through the able participation of the AGC of Greater Milwaukee Board of Directors and AGC of Greater Milwaukee staff. Since its development, the AGC has aggressively pursued the implementation of this strategic plan and will continue to do so until its full completion.

As you will see, some of the major components of this plan are rooted in such important issues as:

• A comprehensive examination of the membership and its overall needs, with the intent of developing new programming that enhances the cost/value of membership.
• An increased emphasis to encourage and facilitate the development of strategic relationships with collateral Associations and Organizations for the betterment of the construction industry.
• To increase the strength of the AGC of Greater Milwaukee through membership development—putting special emphasis on seeking members of high skill, integrity and professionalism.
