Each day, decisions made by every foreman and superintendent are crucial to the success or failure of every construction project. This course details how productivity is measured, how the supervisor plays a mayor role in increasing jobsite productivity, and how a small increase in productivity can have a significant impact on the time and cost of a project. Unit nine explores benchmarking construction productivity, improving productivity, personnel management, planning and scheduling, managing subcontractors, and record keeping, control, changes and defect analysis.

Planning Committee announces line-up
MADISON, WI – The Planning Committee for the annual Wisconsin Asbestos Seminar has announced the agenda, topics and speakers for the 2014 Conference.
The conference will be held December 5th at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. This year's keynote speakers include Dr. Deborah McKean, EPA toxicologist, who will provide an update on the Libby, Montana EPA Superfund Case. This project has been referred to as the“U.S. Disaster of the Century.” The afternoon keynote session includes a panel of key WDNR, WDHS and OSHA representatives that will discuss “Agency Pet Peeves” and field questions from attendees.
