The Construction Leadership Council is pleased to announce its Annual Kick-Off Event will be held on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016 in the Grand Ballroom of the Wisconsin Club. We will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:00 before having a seated dinner beginning at 6:00. After dinner, at 7:00, the CLC is proud to present Mark Rounds, Vice President of Corporate Development for Vogel Brothers Building Co. with his topic, Houston, We Have a Problem - Situational Leadership Lessons from the Apollo 13 Mission.
In this uniquely interactive presentation, Mark will be introducing you to the Hersey-Blanchard model of Situational Leadership. Using clips from the hit movie Apollo 13, he will demonstrate how the leaders succeed or fail based on their “style” of leadership for each situation.
