Builders Exchange Enhanced Online Bulletin


NOTE: You may want to print a copy of these instructions for your records. Print  Print

  1. Click on "User Login"
     
  2. Enter the username and password given to you. This should be an eight digit number. Press "Enter". NOTE: If you are an AGC of Greater Milwaukee/Builders Exchange member and did not receive a username and password, please contact Heather Stair, AGC-GM Membership Services/Education Director at hstair@agc-gm.org or 414-778-4100.
     
For Traditional Bulletin:
  1. Click on the "Wisconsin Internet Plan Room" folder.
     
  2. Click on "On-Line Bulletin - Milwaukee" for the AGC of Greater Milwaukee/Builders Exchange Plan Room.
     
  3. Once the report is up, click on "Sections" to select the sections you would like to view on your screen. You will need to deselect or uncheck any sections you do not wish to view.
     
  4. Clicking on "Borders On" will put lines in between each listing for easier reading when printed. Once the borders are on, clicking on "Borders Off" will remove the borders.
     

To View Project Details:

  1. Click on the "Project Listings" folder.
     
  2. Click on "Bidding Projects" folder.
     
  3. You can sort this list by clicking on any of the titles such as "Project Name" or "Bid Date."
     
  4. Click on the blue project name to get specific details on that project. Once looking at the details, if there are sections that are not displaying information, click on the plus next to the detail title to view the information available.

To Search the Online Plan Room:
  1. Click on the "Project Listings" folder.
     
  2. Click on "Project Search."

To Track a Project:

  1. Click on the "Currently Bidding Projects" folder.
     
  2. Locate a project you would like to track.  NOTE: You can sort this listing by clicking on the column heading to get an ascending listing or click again for a descending listing.
     
  3. Click on the project title to view the details of the project.
     
  4. On the details page click on "Track This Project!" and it will be added to your Project Tracking folder.
     
  5. To remove a project from Tracking.  While on the details page of the project click on "Remove Tracking!"
     

To Edit Your Online Profile:

  1. Click on "Administration" in the left hand column, then click on "My Profile". Make necessary changes and be sure to click "Update Profile" at the bottom of the listing in order to save the changes. If you do not click on "Update Profile" your changes will not be saved. NOTE: Having this profile allows general contractors to view your information thus, it is important to keep your profile updated.


    At the end of your session, click on "EXIT" and then "Log Out".
